Although it still has it's resistance, there is finally starting to be some chatter about the benefits of meditation for both health as well as performance. Think about this for a moment, have you ever had a deadline of something that was important, and you ended up doing the entire project the night before?
How is that possible, you had three months to do it, but you ended up doing it in one night? The reason that you were able to do this so well is because you harnessed the power of focus. By having the deadline right around the corner you had no option but to think about that project and that project alone.
Would you like to have that kind of focus so you could tackle that project on the first week? Here is where meditation will come into play. It is going to help you decrease stress, provide clarity, as well as help you feel good emotionally. If that is still not enough feel free to check out articles by the Mayo Clinic, a Harvard Scientist, and a scholarly article if you still want more proof about the benefits of meditation:
Find a quiet place to perform this guided meditation. It is about 15 minutes long and is lead by one of the world leaders in meditation Deepak Chopra M.D..
