BECOME FEARLESS TO GET WHAT YOU WANT
What fear do you have that is holding you back? Maybe it's the fear of failure, the fear of what others will think, the fear of trying this again. Everyone fears something, but what is a fear that you have, that is of something that you truly want?
Take a moment and really think about that. What is something that you really want, but you don't have it because of fear?
There is only one way to overcome that fear, and that is action. It may be scary the first time that you do it, but then it gets easier over time, and soon enough, you will be laughing at yourself because of how you were previously scared of this.
Think back in your life to a time that you did something that you were scared of doing, and eventually you became quite comfortable in that.

MVP Mindset Mental Exercise
1. Write down one thing that you really want but are being held back because of fear
2. Decide and commit that you are going to achieve that goal, no matter how many obstacles or how long it takes
3. Come up with a daily plan of action for the next 7 days on how you will take action to get closer to that goal and diminish that fear
4. On the 8th day, review your last week and see what did and/or did not work and write a new plan for the next 7 days
5. Repeat this process twice
